              2. We do not guarantee that\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0will always be available or be uninterrupted.<\/li>\n
              3. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0for business and operational reasons\u00a0in our sole discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                TERMS OF PARTICIPATION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                1. IPI provides\u00a0users of\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0with the opportunity to participate in surveysby becoming a Member.\u00a0Participation in surveys is voluntary. By agreeing to become\u00a0a\u00a0\u00a0Member, you agree to receive invitations to participate in surveys.<\/li>\n
                2. Additionally, IPI may provide Members with the opportunity to communicate with IPI. You may unsubscribe from membership at any time, by writing in to us with reasonable notice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  INFORMATION SECURITY<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                  1. IPI will take reasonable efforts to protect personal data in our care or our control by making reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. However, we cannot fully guarantee the security of any\u00a0\u00a0personal data we may have collected from or about you, or that for example no harmful code will enter our websites (for example Trojan horses, adware, viruses, bugs or spyware).<\/li>\n
                  2. While we make every effort to protect your\u00a0personal data, we cannot fully ensure the security of the information you transmit to us via the Internet or when you use our online portals, and we urge you to take every precaution to protect your\u00a0personal data\u00a0when you are on the Internet. We highly recommend that you change your passwords often,\u00a0where the password must contain at least 8 characters, including a number, an uppercase letter, and a symbol, and ensure that you use a secure browser.<\/li>\n

                              • use\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international laws\u00a0or regulations;<\/li>\n
                              • use\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;<\/li>\n
                              • use\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way;<\/li>\n
                              • send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards as set out in these\u00a0Terms of Use;<\/li>\n
                              • transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation;<\/li>\n
                              • use spiders, robots or other automated data mining techniques to catalogue, download, store, or otherwise reproduce or distribute data or content available in connection with the\u00a0ApiaryBuzz, or to manipulate the results of any survey, prize draw or contest;<\/li>\n
                              • take any action to interfere with\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0or an individual\u2019s use of\u00a0ApiaryBuzz,\u00a0including, without limitation, by overloading, \u201cflooding\u201d, \u201cmail bombing\u201d or \u201ccrashing\u201d\u00a0ApiaryBuzz;<\/li>\n
                              • send or transmit any viruses, corrupted data, or any other harmful, disruptive or destructive code, file or information, including, without limitation, spyware;<\/li>\n
                              • collect any personally identifiable information of or about any other user of\u00a0ApiaryBuzz;<\/li>\n
                              • send unsolicited emails, including, without limitation, promotions and\/or advertising of products or services;<\/li>\n
                              • open, use or maintain more than one (1) IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account with a Panel;<\/li>\n
                              • forge or mask your true identity;<\/li>\n
                              • frame a portion(s) of any\u00a0website within another website or alter the appearance of any\u00a0website;<\/li>\n
                              • establish links from any other website to any page of, on or located within\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0without the prior express written permission of IPI;<\/li>\n
                              • post or transmit any threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, lewd, scandalous or inflammatory material or content or any material or content that could otherwise violate\u00a0any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;<\/li>\n
                              • engage in any fraudulent activity, including, without limitation, speeding through surveys, taking the same survey more than once, masking or forging your identity, submitting false information during the registration process, submitting false or untrue survey data, redeeming or attempting to redeem rewards, prizes and\/or incentives through false or fraudulent means, and tampering with surveys;<\/li>\n
                              • reverse engineer any aspect of\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0or do or take any act that might reveal or disclose the source code, or bypass or circumvent measurers or controls utilised to prohibit, restrict or limit access to any webpage, content or code, except as expressly permitted by\u00a0any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;<\/li>\n
                              • engage in any criminal or illegal act(s);<\/li>\n
                              • use Restricted Content in violation or breach of these Terms\u00a0of Use; or<\/li>\n
                              • encourage and\/or advise any individual, including, without limitation, any IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0employee, to commit any act(s) prohibited hereunder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                  \n
                                1. You also agree:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                    \n
                                  • not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0in contravention of the provisions of these\u00a0Terms of Use;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                    not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:<\/p>\n

                                      \n
                                    • any part of\u00a0ApiaryBuzz;<\/li>\n
                                    • any equipment or network on which\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0is stored;<\/li>\n
                                    • any software used in the provision of\u00a0ApiaryBuzz; or<\/li>\n
                                    • any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                        \n
                                      1. You acknowledge and agree that IPI will fully cooperate with all legal disclosure request(s) (e.g. court order or subpoena)\u00a0and need not obtain your prior consent before doing so.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                        RESTRICTED CONTENT<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                                          \n
                                        1. In connection with your use of, access to and\/or participation in\u00a0ApiaryBuzz,\u00a0you may have the opportunity to review or access confidential and proprietary information, materials, products and content (\u201cRestricted Content<\/strong>\u201d) belonging to\u00a0us or our\u00a0clients, partners and\/or\u00a0licensors. Restricted Content is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the owner of the Restricted Content.<\/li>\n
                                        2. In no event shall you obtain or receive any right, title and\/or interest in or to any Restricted Content. You agree to protect the confidentiality and secrecy of the Restricted Content and you agree not to modify, copy, reproduce, republish, display, transmit, distribute, reverse engineer, create derivative works of, decompile, or otherwise use, alter or transfer\u00a0the\u00a0Restricted Content without\u00a0our\u00a0prior express written consent.\u00a0You acknowledge and agree that Restricted Content may be subject to, and protected by, intellectual property laws, regulations and codes.<\/li>\n
                                        3. You further acknowledge and agree that if you breach or otherwise violate the restrictions, limitations and prohibitions contained in this\u00a0section, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to\u00a0us,we\u00a0reserve the right to terminate, prohibit or restrict your use of, access to and\/or participation in\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0in our sole discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                          INTERACTIVE SERVICES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                                            \n
                                          1. We may from time to time provide interactive services on\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0in our sole discretion.<\/li>\n
                                          2. Where we do provide any interactive service, we will provide\u00a0reasonably\u00a0clear information to you about the kind of service offered, if it is moderated and what form of moderation is used (including whether it is human or technical).<\/li>\n
                                          3. We will\u00a0use reasonable endeavours\u00a0to assess any possible risks for users (and in particular, for children) from third parties when they use any interactive service provided on our site, and we will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including what kind of moderation to use) in the light of those risks. However, we are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive service we provide on our site, and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by a user in contravention of our content standards, whether the service is moderated or not.<\/li>\n
                                          4. The use of any of our interactive services by a minor is subject to the consent of their parent or guardian. We advise parents who permit their children to use an interactive service that it is important that they communicate with their children about their safety online, as moderation is not fool proof. Minors who are using any interactive service should be made aware of the potential risks to them.<\/li>\n
                                          5. Where we do moderate an interactive service, we will normally provide you with a means of contacting the moderator, should a concern or difficulty arise.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                            USER CONTENT<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                                            1. Use of\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0may\u00a0provide interactive services\u00a0or submit content to\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0which may be visible to other\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0users(“User Content<\/strong>“).<\/li>\n
                                            2. Whenever you upload content to\u00a0ApiaryBuzz, or make contact with other users of\u00a0ApiaryBuzz, you must comply with the\u00a0content\u00a0standards set out in these\u00a0Terms of Use.<\/li>\n
                                            3. You warrant that any such contribution does comply with our content standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means that you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.<\/li>\n
                                            4. You acknowledge that User Content provided by you is your sole responsibility. This means that you, and not IPI, are entirely responsible for all User Content you upload, post, link to, email or otherwise transmit via your use\u00a0of\u00a0ApiaryBuzz.<\/li>\n
                                            5. You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your User Content.<\/li>\n
                                            6. IPI does not control or pre-screen the User Content posted on the\u00a0WebPages\u00a0or IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0mobile app and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such User Content, and therefore assumes no liability in respect of the User Content.<\/li>\n
                                            7. You understand that by\u00a0ApiaryBuzz, you may be exposed to User Content, and you agree that you must evaluate, and bear, all risks associated with the use of any User Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.<\/li>\n
                                            8. IPI\u00a0shall have the right in\u00a0its\u00a0sole discretion to refuse, edit, move or remove any such User Content, whether or not it violates these Terms\u00a0of Use.<\/li>\n
                                            9. Any User Content that you upload to\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.\u00a0With respect to all User Content you elect to transmit to\u00a0ApiaryBuzz, you grant IPI the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence (with the right to sublicense) to\u00a0store,\u00a0use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, translate, create derivative works from, perform and display such User Content (in whole or part) throughout the world and \/ or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, for any purposes.<\/li>\n
                                            10. We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.<\/li>\n
                                            11. In the course of using\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0you\u00a0AGREE NOT TO<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                \n
                                              • Upload, post, link to, email or otherwise transmit any information that is unlawful in any way in Singapore, or in the country in which you reside;<\/li>\n
                                              • Impersonate any person (whether living or dead) or entity;<\/li>\n
                                              • Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identities in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0or provided through participation in\u00a0ApiaryBuzz;<\/li>\n
                                              • Upload, post, link to, or otherwise transmit any information that you do not have a right to transmit;<\/li>\n
                                              • Upload, post, link to, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail”, “chain letters”, “phishing emails”, “pyramid schemes”, or any other form of solicitation;<\/li>\n
                                              • Upload, post, link to, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;<\/li>\n
                                              • Collect or\u00a0store\u00a0\u00a0personal\u00a0data\u00a0about other individuals; or<\/li>\n
                                              • Attempt to submit more than one vote per survey or do any other act that may affect the validity of any result obtained through\u00a0ApiaryBuzz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                CONTENT STANDARDS<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                                                  \n
                                                1. These\u00a0content\u00a0standards apply to any and all User Content which you contribute to\u00a0ApiaryBuzz, and to any interactive services associated with it.<\/li>\n
                                                2. These\u00a0content\u00a0standards must be complied with in spirit as well as to the letter. The standards apply to each part of any User Content as well as to its whole.<\/li>\n
                                                3. We will determine, in our sole discretion, whether User Content breaches the\u00a0content\u00a0standards.<\/li>\n
                                                4. User Content must:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                    \n
                                                  • Be accurate (where it states facts);<\/li>\n
                                                  • Be genuinely held (where it states opinions);<\/li>\n
                                                  • Comply with the laws\u00a0applicable in Singapore and in any country from which it is posted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                                      \n
                                                    1. User Content must not:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                        \n
                                                      • Be defamatory of any person;<\/li>\n
                                                      • Be obscene offensive, hateful or inflammatory;<\/li>\n
                                                      • Promote sexually explicit material;<\/li>\n
                                                      • Promote violence;<\/li>\n
                                                      • Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;<\/li>\n
                                                      • Infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person;<\/li>\n
                                                      • Be likely to deceive any person;<\/li>\n
                                                      • Breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;<\/li>\n
                                                      • Promote any illegal activity;<\/li>\n
                                                      • Be in contempt of court;<\/li>\n
                                                      • Be threatening, abuse or invade another\u2019s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;<\/strong><\/li>\n
                                                      • Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;<\/li>\n
                                                      • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;<\/li>\n
                                                      • Give the impression that the User Content emanates from us, if this is not the case;<\/li>\n
                                                      • Advocate, promote, incite any party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse;<\/li>\n
                                                      • Contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism; or<\/li>\n
                                                      • Contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                                          \n
                                                        1. When we consider that a breach of the\u00a0content\u00a0standards\u00a0in\u00a0theseTerms of Use has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                            \n
                                                          • Failure to comply with this acceptable use policy constitutes a material breach of these\u00a0Terms of Use upon which you are permitted to use\u00a0ApiaryBuzz, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions.<\/li>\n
                                                          • Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use\u00a0ApiaryBuzz.<\/li>\n
                                                          • Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any User Content uploaded by you to our site.<\/li>\n
                                                          • Issue of a warning to you.<\/li>\n
                                                          • Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.<\/li>\n
                                                          • Further legal action against you.<\/li>\n
                                                          • Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                                              \n
                                                            1. We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of\u00a0these\u00a0Terms of Use. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                              WE ARE NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR VIRUSES AND YOU MUST NOT INTRODUCE THEM<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n

                                                              1. We do not guarantee that\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.<\/li>\n
                                                              2. You are\u00a0responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes, and platform to access\u00a0ApiaryBuzz. You should use your own virus protection software.<\/li>\n
                                                              3. You must not misuse\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt\u00a0to gain unauthorised access to\u00a0ApiaryBuzz, the server on which\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to\u00a0ApiaryBuzz. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you may be committing a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act (Cap. 50A, Rev Ed 2007).                                                                         1.                                                                           2. Prospective Members must complete an\u00a0IPI registration form each time they wish to join an\u00a0IPI Panel. Registration forms include:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                            • The form available on\u00a0ApiaryBuzz, but may also include permission-based registration forms hosted on third party websites;<\/li>\n
                                                                            • Registration forms hosted by IPI and accessed via third party websites; or<\/li>\n
                                                                            • Registration forms accessed via links in an email sent to you by a third party or by IPI where you have granted permission to receive such emails from these sources.<\/li>\n
                                                                            • The registration form may include any number of questions or may be limited solely to the expression of assent to join the IPI Panel.<\/li>\n
                                                                            • During each IPI Registration Process prospective Members will be notified of any terms in addition to these Terms\u00a0of Use\u00a0which shall apply to membership of the respective IPI Panel.<\/li>\n
                                                                            • You have to be 16 years or older to join the Panel.<\/li>\n
                                                                            • Panel Membership is generally open to individuals who satisfy the requirements for membership, including, without limitation, the minimum age requirement and geographic location requirement. The requirements for\u00a0Panel Membership may vary for each Panel. We only allow one\u00a0Member per unique email address. IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0may refuse to provide the\u00a0use of\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0to anyone, at any time and for any reason or no reason<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                                              YOUR\u00a0IPI APIARYBUZZ\u00a0HONEYCOMB ACCOUNT<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                                                                              1. Upon completing the IPI Registration Process, Members will be provided with a profile (the\u00a0“Panel Membership Profile<\/strong>“) and an account (“IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account<\/strong>“) for\u00a0use of\u00a0ApiaryBuzz.<\/li>\n
                                                                              2. Only one\u00a0Panel Membership Profile\u00a0is permitted per Member for each\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0<\/strong>Panel\u00a0and only one IPI ApiaryBuzz\u00a0 Honeycomb Account<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>is permitted per Member for each IPI\u00a0 ApiaryBuzz<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>country\u00a0Panel<\/strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0Any Member found to have multiple\u00a0 Panel Membership Profiles and\/orIPI\u00a0 ApiaryBuzz\u00a0 Honeycomb Accounts may have\u00a0their\u00a0secondary\u00a0Panel Membership Profiles\u00a0 deleted\u00a0and\/or\u00a0all their\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Accounts deleted.<\/li>\n
                                                                              3. Rewards accrued\u00a0in\u00a0their\u00a0secondary\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Accounts may not be transferred\u00a0and will be deleted along with the account. IPI may demand proof of identity in the event of a dispute.<\/li>\n
                                                                              4. A unique email address must be used by each Member.\u00a0For example, this means that family members may not each have an\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account using a shared email address but must each have a separate\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0with a separate email address.<\/li>\n
                                                                              5. Each individual should not hold multiple\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Accounts using different emails.<\/li>\n
                                                                              6. Only two IPI ApiaryBuzz Honeycomb Accounts per household, each belonging to a different individual, may be registered with\u00a0 <\/span>ApiaryBuzz<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0as Members.<\/strong> Non-registered members of the household may join\u00a0<\/span>ApiaryBuzz<\/span>\u00a0surveys, but only upon invitation by the registered Member. Registered Members in the household should exercise discretion to ensure that the invitee fits the profile of survey-takers as requested by\u00a0<\/span>ApiaryBuzz<\/span>. Rewards or other prizes earned by non-registered members of the family shall accrue in the registered Member\u2019s IPI\u00a0<\/span>ApiaryBuzz<\/span>\u00a0Honeycomb Account.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                1. Each\u00a0Panel Membership Profile\u00a0and\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account must only be accessed by an individual Member, and may not be accessed by any other individual without the express permission and authorisation of IPI. You agree to notify IPI immediately you become aware of, or suspect any unauthorised use of your login information,\u00a0Panel Membership Profile\u00a0and\/or\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account, or any other breach of security.<\/li>\n
                                                                                2. In the event of access to your\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account by another individual, IPI reserves the right to freeze the\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0until a resolution has been reached. IPI reserves the right to reclaim any incentive earned by access of the unauthorised user, for which the Member will have no recourse against IPI.<\/li>\n
                                                                                3. IPI reserves the right to terminate any\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account that has been dormant for a period of 6 months or more. By \u2018dormant\u2019 we mean, where the Member has not participated in the relevant\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Panel\u00a0or IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0mobile app\u00a0or related IPI Activity within the preceding\u00a06 month\u00a0period. IPI will attempt to contact the Member, via their nominated email address, if their\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0is at risk of termination through inactivity. In the absence of a satisfactory response, the\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0will be terminated, and any accrued\u00a0Rewards\u00a0will be forfeited.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                  KEEPING YOUR IPI APIARYBUZZ\u00a0HONEYCOMB ACCOUNT\u00a0SAFE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

If you choose, or if you are provided with, a user identification code, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.<\/li>\n
                                                                                  2. We have the right to disable any user identification code, password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.<\/li>\n
                                                                                  3. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you\u00a0knows\u00a0your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at [contacus@apiarybuzz.com].<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                    PROFILE UPDATES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                                                                                    1. Members\u00a0agree to promptly notify IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0of any changes in or to information contained in their\u00a0Member profile.\u00a0Panel Members agree to review and update, as necessary,\u00a0Membership Profiles no less frequently than once every six (6) months. A\u00a0Panel Member\u00a0may update, correct and\/or delete information contained in his or her\u00a0Membership Profiles by: (i) accessing his or her\u00a0Panel Membership\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account; or (ii) sending an email to the appropriate\u00a0Panel Member\u00a0services team\u00a0(dpo@innoprobeinsight.com)\u00a0for the appropriate Panel, only for fields which are not correctable by members online through their\u00a0Panel Membership IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                      OPT-OUT POLICY<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                                                                                        \n
                                                                                      1. Members\u00a0may opt-out from using\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0(including, without limitation, from receiving newsletters or communications), at any time, by:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                                                          \n
                                                                                        • following the unsubscribe procedures described on the applicable Website(s) or contained in any email received from IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz; or<\/li>\n
                                                                                        • by sending an email to the\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0services team at [contactus@apiarybuzz.com].<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                                                                            \n
                                                                                          1. \u00a0IPI ApiaryBuzz shall use reasonable efforts to read and respond to each email request within a reasonable period of time after receipt\u00a0and send an acknowledgement email (Within 5 days<\/b><\/strong>), email will include information on the time needed to process the request and the consequences of withdrawing.Upon receiving the confirmed consent of withdrawal from member, IPI ApiaryBuzz will then process the request.\n

                                                                                            In case that IPI ApiaryBuzz needs more than 10 days to process the request, an email will be sent to notify the member\u00a0with the new timeline provided.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                                                                          2. Upon termination, a\u00a0Panel Member\u2019s contact information will be removed from any further communication or contact lists. Please allow a few days for the complete removal of contact information\u00a0from\u00a0 IPI\u2019s\u00a0communication\u00a0and\u00a0contact lists. During the\u00a0period\u00a0prior to the complete removal of the Panel Member\u2019s contact information,\u00a0the\u00a0Member may\u00a0continue to receive\u00a0communications\u00a0from IPI.<\/li>\n
                                                                                          3. If you wish to cancel your membership, you should redeem all points available for redemption prior to closing your IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account. If you have any questions or issues with redeeming please contact\u00a0the\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0services team at [contactus@apiarybuzz.com].<\/li>\n
                                                                                          4. Please see\u00a0the\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzzData Protection Notice\u00a0for information on how IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0handles information and data following the\u00a0unsubscribe, termination or opt-out request (\u201cof IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Data Protection Notice\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                            ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED OR TERMINATED OR IF I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                                                                                            1. A\u00a0Member\u2019s\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account may be suspended or terminated for inactivity as set forth in, or for suspected activity in violation of, Terms\u00a0of Use.\u00a0If your\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0is suspended or terminated, you will receive a notice or pop-up message when you try to log-in to your\u00a0Member\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0or try to take a survey, which will instruct you to contact the appropriate IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0helpdesk. Please note that in the event of suspected fraudulent activity or activity violating Of IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Terms of Use,\u00a0your\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0balance may be forfeited.\u00a0If IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0determines, in its sole discretion, that your\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0was suspended or terminated in error, IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0may restore your\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0to active status. Of IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0decision is final and binding.<\/li>\n
                                                                                            2. \u00a0IPI ApiaryBuzz retains information on the points and redemption transaction history for each Panel Member for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.<\/li>\n
                                                                                            3. Survey responses however cannot be deleted from the system, as survey responses is stored separately from the\u00a0Panel Member\u2019s personal information.<\/li>\n
                                                                                            4. If you no longer wish to be a Member please contact IPI. IPI will then cease to contact you, subject to a 30-day administration period. You therefore acknowledge and agree that if you terminate your membership you may receive emails from IPI for a period of 30 days thereafter. In terminating membership, any accumulated\u00a0Rewards\u00a0will be forfeited.<\/li>\n
                                                                                            5. You agree that IPI, in its sole discretion, may terminate or suspend your IPI Membership, or participation in any IPI Activities or IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Panel or IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0mobile app, or remove or discard any User Content, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use, or if IPI believed that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms\u00a0of Use.<\/li>\n
                                                                                            6. You agree that any termination of your access to IPI Activities or IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Panel or IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0mobile app under any provision of these Terms\u00a0of Use\u00a0may be\u00a0effected\u00a0without notice, and acknowledge and agree that IPI may immediately deactivate your registration as a Member and\/or bar access to IPI Activities and IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Panel or IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0mobile app. Further, you agree that IPI shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the IPI Activities or IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Panel or IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0mobile app.<\/li>\n
                                                                                            7. IPI reserves the right to terminate the IPI Panel, or IPI\u00a0WebPages\u00a0or IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0mobile app at any time. In such a case and unless specified otherwise, no IPI Rewards\u00a0will be redeemable by any\u00a0Members. IPI will endeavour to communicate to all Members the termination period, however IPI will not be liable for failure to notify any Member regardless of the reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                              REWARDS PROGRAMME<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                                                                                                \n
                                                                                              1. In connection with your use\u00a0of\u00a0ApiaryBuzz, you may have the opportunity to accumulate rewards, incentives, and entries into prize draws. Information, official rules, and terms and conditions for rewards, incentives, and prize draws may be available in the terms & conditions, on the Website for a Panel, at the beginning or end of a survey, in survey invitations, on the website(s) or webpage(s) for redeeming rewards, incentives, and prizes, and\/or may be described in any newsletter or other communication distributed or published by IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz.<\/li>\n
                                                                                              2. Points are held in an IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0that IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0maintains for each\u00a0Panel Member. The IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0is not an actual bank or financial account and does not accrue or accumulate interest of any kind.<\/li>\n
                                                                                              3. Members may accrue rewards for their IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account(“Rewards<\/strong>“) in the prescribed manner detailed on the IPI\u00a0WebPages\u00a0or IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0mobile app, including for completing the IPI Registration Process and for participating in IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Panel and related IPI Activities for which Rewards is awarded. The amount of Rewards accrued for participation in an IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Panel or related IPI Activity will be notified to Members via authorised communications.<\/li>\n
                                                                                              4. Unless\u00a0 otherwise\u00a0specifically stated by IPI at the point of issue, all points posted to a\u00a0Panel Member\u2019s IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0expire \u00a0one<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>(1<\/span><\/span>)<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> year following posting, unless the points are forfeited or cancelled earlier due to membership or account inactivity or as otherwise set forth in these Terms of Use.<\/li>\n
                                                                                              5. Unless otherwise specifically notified, rewards can only be earned through following all and any instructions regarding earning Rewards. A Member’s failure to correctly follow any required instructions or procedures may result in no Rewards being earned, for which the Member will have no recourse against IPI.<\/li>\n
                                                                                              6. Rewards earned will be recorded in your IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account, however no rewards earned is ever available for redemption until the Member has reached the specified fulfilment level notified to the Member\u00a0as determined\u00a0in\u00a0 the\u00a0sole discretion of IPI.<\/li>\n
                                                                                              7. Points posted in connection with\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0do not constitute property of the\u00a0Panel Member, cannot be transferred during or after the\u00a0Panel Member\u2019s life, by operation of law or otherwise, and have no value until presented by the\u00a0Panel Member\u00a0for redemption in accordance with these Terms\u00a0of Use.\u00a0Rewards may not be transferred to other IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Accounts nor pooled together in any manner and the sale or barter of Rewards is strictly prohibited. Rewards has no monetary value, and cannot be used for any purpose other than redeeming the designated reward.<\/li>\n
                                                                                              8. IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0uses reasonable efforts to ensure that points are credited and debited appropriately; however,\u00a0Panel Members should review their IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0to ensure that their IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0correctly identifies the posted points, incentives, or rewards, and reflects all of the appropriate redemption transactions. If you feel that your IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0was not credited or debited correctly or reflects incorrect redemption transactions, please email us. Any email sent to IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0should include the\u00a0Panel Members\u2019 name, email address and specific information on the subject matter. IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0will use reasonable efforts to investigate the matter and to respond back to the\u00a0Panel Member\u00a0promptly. IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0decision is final and binding.<\/li>\n
                                                                                              9. IPI may from time to time adjust a Member’s IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account\u00a0upwards or downwards\u00a0or stop the redemption of any Rewards\u00a0in response to errors which Members acknowledge may arise or suspected fraud, for which we have full authority.<\/li>\n
                                                                                              10. In the event that any points or incentive have been erroneously posted to a\u00a0Panel Member\u2019s\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account, IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0may remove them from the\u00a0Panel Member\u2019s\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Honeycomb Account.<\/li>\n
                                                                                              11. IPI reserves the right to change the range of IPI Activities and IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0Panel or IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0mobile app or related IPI Activities through which rewards may be accrued and to vary the frequency of invitation to such activities and panels. IPI also reserves the right to alter the level of rewards required before such rewards can be redeemed.<\/li>\n
                                                                                              12. IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0reserves the right to change the incentive program rules, Rewards, terms, conditions, and limitations and\/or to cancel the program entirely for any reason, at any time.\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0may modify, alter, delete or add new terms and conditions for its rewards program or\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0at any time without notice. For IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0this includes, without limitation, modifying, altering, adding or deleting point values, redemption levels, conversion ratios, conditions for status, conditions for membership, and conditions for earning incentives or rewards, at any time without notice. In addition, IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0may terminate or cease offering any incentive or reward in connection with of IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0rewards program, at any time without notice.<\/li>\n
                                                                                              13. Personal information may have to be collected, processed, and\/or disclosed in connection with of IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0rewards program and\/or any request to redeem a reward or incentive. By agreeing to these Terms\u00a0of Use, you hereby agree to the collection, processing, and\/or disclosure of your personal information for such purpose(s) and all such personal information shall be subject to the terms set forth in of IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzzData Protection Notice.<\/li>\n
                                                                                              14. Wherever applicable, if a\u00a0Panel Member\u00a0elects to donate points to one of the charities approved by IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz, IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0will donate said points to the selected charity. The\u00a0donation is not made by or on behalf of IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0and IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzz\u00a0does not and will not match any donation. Rewards available through\u00a0IPI\u00a0ApiaryBuzzRewards program have different point redemption thresholds and if you do not have enough points for a certain Reward, you will not be able to redeem for the Reward until you have accumulated enough points.\u00a0The minimum threshold may change from time to time\u00a0and shall be determined at the sole discretion of IPI.<\/li>\n

These Terms\u00a0of Use\u00a0and our\u202fData Protection Notice\u202f\u00a0constitute the entire agreement between you and IPI and supersedes any prior agreements, arrangements, statements and understandings between IPI and you.<\/li>\n

This includes communication via all digital means, in person, via telephony or any other form of communication not listed herein.<\/li>\n

You agree that IPI, in its sole discretion, may terminate or suspend your IPI Membership, or participation in any IPI Activities or IPI ApiaryBuzz Panel or IPI ApiaryBuzz mobile app, or remove or discard any User Content, for any reason, including, without limitation, if IPI believed that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use.<\/li>\n
                                                                                                                                      3. You agree that any termination of your access to IPI Activities or IPI ApiaryBuzz Panel or IPI ApiaryBuzz mobile app under any provision of these Terms of Use may be effected without notice, and acknowledge and agree that IPI may immediately deactivate your registration as a Member and\/or bar access to IPI Activities and IPI ApiaryBuzz Panel or IPI ApiaryBuzz mobile app. Further, you agree that IPI shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the IPI Activities or IPI ApiaryBuzz Panel or IPI ApiaryBuzz mobile app.<\/li>\n

                                                                                                                                        139. IPI provides users of ApiaryBuzz with the opportunity to further participate in a special rewards program called \u201cThe 20 Survey Bonanza\u201d.<\/p>\n

                                                                                                                                        • Users will have to successfully complete 20 surveys (regardless of type) within a particular calendar month (eg: 1st December 2022 to 31st December 2022).<\/li>\n
                                                                                                                                        • The first 1,000 users who complete this step will receive 200 bonus Honeydrop points. These points will be credited to your account instantly.<\/li>\n
                                                                                                                                        • Users may check on their bonus points in History, under the label \u201cBonus Point for Survey Bonanza\u201d.<\/li>\n
                                                                                                                                        • The total number of surveys will reset on the 1st of the new month (eg: 1st December 2022)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Depending on the business situation, IPI ApiaryBuzz will make adjustments to increase or decrease the bonus point and the number of\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0survey completions as we deem fit.<\/p>\n
